Really, really nice work on the Back Squats today. We had a number individuals PR and some very impressive newbie numbers. The strength days may seem boring, but they pay big dividends with the met-con type workouts. Remember, the only way to get stronger is move heavy objects.
Workout of the Day: Mark Luzan: went hard on the farmer's carry workout and then had a big PR on the Back Squat. Four months ago Mark did a one rep max of 225. Today he did 255 three times!
