Don't take heavy days lightly (get it?). Bring the same intensity you would to a metabolic workout. Doing heavy days like tomorrow is what makes the weight feel lighter on "Fran", "Elizabeth", "Grace", etc.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I will not be in town from Wednesday November 23 till Sunday November 27th. There will be classes on Wednesday but no classes will be held on Thurs, Fri or Saturday of Thanksgiving week. There may possibly be an open gym day, but stay posted for that info in the near future.
