Take this week to re-evaluate and reflect upon your diet and lifestyle choices. After a month of doing no bread, you should have learned something about your body. I've had a few people tell me when they ate bread for the first time it left them feeling heavy, sick or tired. After this little experiment, begin to tinker with your diet and figure out what works and what doesn't. With every food choice ask, "Is this pushing me in the direction of wellness and my goals, or I am taking a step backward".
I hope we all learned something from this experience that will make us healthier in the long-run. Our community is getting fitter by the day, and each choice we make is getting us there. Let's keep it up!
