Workouts of the Day: Dick Haynes had a 4 minute PR on "DT" today. This was after doing the same workout 3 months ago, and taking some time off due to an injury that occurred while picking up his dog. Erika Schweer had a 5 minute PR on "DT" today. After the workout she also PR'ed on her consecutive double unders!
