5 Burpees

10 KB Swings

ANNOUNCEMENT: The "No Bread October Workout" will be as follows:

4 Rounds:

20 Pullups

20 Box Jumps

20 Situps (abmat)

20 Wall Balls

This will be a strictly judged workout and will serve as a baseline for our little no bread experiment.  Whatever band, box, and ball you use for this workout will be the same one you use for the workout a month later.  This workout will be given on both Thursday (29th) and Friday (30th) to all who want to participate in the challenge.  More details will be given as  we get closer to these dates.
