A little different from other Saturdays thus far.  When people see heavy sets as the main workout, they usually think "Oh it's like a day off."  What I will ask from each one of you is this: bring the same intensity as any other workout.  Each set of 7 back squats should not be easy.  Your last set should be an epic battle between you and that bar, barely getting it up after a great fight.  Not only will these heavy days make you stronger overall, they will make manageable weights in your workouts seem even lighter.
