About a year ago, the neighbors around the Paulina Pit started getting testy about the noise from the barbell drops that were occuring more frequently.  Knowing the above was going to be a loud workout, Frank and I headed to a local park with a bunch of bumpers and got after this one. We got some interesting reactions from a few passers-by as well as a little girl watching us in awe through a house window.  It felt good to drop those weights knowing the neighbors wouldn't be coming over with pitchforks afterward.  Since that day, Frank always ask me when that workout will come around again.  Well Frank, this one's for YOU!
