A. CrossFit Kinnick Body Weight Warm Up

3 Rounds of 30 seconds of reps of:

Pullups, pushups, sit ups, air squats

No resting between movements or rounds

Post total reps  for all 3 rounds

B.  20 Minute AMRAP:

5 Thrusters (95/75)

7 Hang Cleans (95/75)

10 SumoDLHP (95/75)

ANNOUNCEMENT: There will be no classes on Labor Day MONDAY September 5.  Enjoy the long weekend

ALSO: Saturday is the first Saturday of the month so if you come it will not count against your weekly total.

ALSO: Wear your College of choices' colors tomorrow! I know what mine will be :)
